Ballroom Events & Catering 

Prices are per plate, prices with a * signify that it will be portioned by a server on the buffet line.  All prices per plate of the meat choices include two vegetable choices, caesar salad, dinner rolls, and coffee.  If a second meat is chosen, the amount in the second meat column will be in addition to the higher priced of the two meat choices. 

Food & Beverage

All food and beverage will be supplied by Blue Note Catering and must be consumed in the time frame of the event.  Food and beverage will not be allowed to leave the building.  The Blue Note, Inc. as a licensee, is responsible for the administration and sales of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the State of  Minnesota Liquor Statues and the City of Winsted Liquor Ordinances.  Therefore,  all liquor, beer and wine consumed at this facility must be supplied by The Blue Note.  All prices are subject to change.  All of our catered meal prices are based on a buffet style service.   All on site meals are served with glass plates and real silverware.   Off site meals are served with paper plates and plastic silverware.

Deposits

​Room rental is due at the time of booking your event.  Saturday ballroom rental is $300.00. Sunday thru Friday ballroom rental is $150.00.  Rent includes tables and chairs.  Linens availablefor rent.  Projector and screen available for rent.​

Cancellations

In the event that you cancel your function, your deposit is non-refundable.  You will be held responsible for the contracted food and beverage minimum if you cancel your function within one week of its scheduled date
